Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić (1874.-1938.)	April The Fairy Tale World of Ivana Brlic-Mazuranic - Children's event which is being held since 1970 in honour of this great Croatian fair-tale writer whose books are read by children throughout the world. 	May CAR RALLY - International event traditionally held in Slavonski Brod as part of the celebrations to mark the Day of the Town of Slavonski Brod. 	May MOTORBIKE RACES are held on the "Poloj" sports field on the occasion of the Slavonski Brod City celebration. The races have become international. 	May SLAVONSKI BROD KAYAK REGATTA - Organised as part of celebrations marking the Day of the County of Slavonski Brod-Posavina, this regatta has been included in the competition calendar of the Croatian Kayak Federation.
